Oconee Management Group is led by Sandy Gilman, CEO, alongside an experienced team of property professionals dedicated to delivering high-end rental management, asset preservation, and operational excellence across the Lake Country.

 Professional management becomes essential when:

  • You own multiple homes: Balancing a primary residence alongside a second or third home requires dedicated local oversight.
  • You are away for long stretches: An empty or rented lake home requires proactive monitoring to catch plumbing leaks, HVAC failures, or dock damage before they turn into costly repairs.
  • Managing your rental feels like a second job: Handling inquiries, emergency calls, vendor scheduling, and rent collection takes away from enjoying your property.
  • You want transparent financial data: You need clear metrics on cash flow, occupancy rates, and maintenance expenses to judge true performance.
  • Your home represents significant net worth: Managing a property valued at $2M, $4M, or more with an amateur approach carries real financial risk.

We specialize in high-value lakefront residences across Lake Oconee and Lake Sinclair, providing:

  • Experienced Property Professionals: End-to-end management including marketing, tenant screening, lease execution, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.
  • Maximized Occupancy & Yield: Strategic pricing and active management designed to keep vacancies low and income steady.
  • Proactive Maintenance & Care: Preventative care tailored specifically to the unique needs of waterfront properties.
  • Transparent & Reliable Service: Complete operational clarity with zero hidden costs, clear financial reporting, and proactive communication.
