Oconee Property Management started 11 years ago to address the need for reliable, premium property management tailored to our unique local market. Six years ago Sandy Gilman, who's been in Real Estate as broker and property manager for 16 years, purchased Oconee Management Group. Under Sandy's leadership what began as a dedicated local operation has grown into a trusted team known for transparency and exceptional service.
